Outdoor Ice Rink in Downtown South Haven Michigan

South Haven's iconic outdoor ice rink is set to open for the winter season on November 24th.  The refrigerated rink is positioned under the big pavilion in downtown, so weather is rarely a concern.  The large oval-shaped rink is available for skating nearly every day of the week, and in the evening the large snowflake style lights provide a romantic appeal to the skaters below.  A one day pass including skate rental is only $7 per person.  Within sight of the rink is Cafe Julia, which offers hot chocolate, lattes, mochas, sandwhiches and other treats to anyone ready to warm up.  If you are headed to South Haven this winter, make sure you stop by for a spin around the rink or at least soak in the music & laughter as a spectator.
