Victoria Resort B&B Offers Veterans a Second Chance to Save

With national media helping promote the BnBsForVets program, inns around the country are quickly filling up for the free night promotion.  Participating bed and breakfasts are offering at least one room free for the night of Wednesday, November 10th to any active or retired veteran.

In South Haven, Michigan the Victoria Resort Bed and Breakfast has received countless phonecalls and dozens of email inquiries about the program.  Jan Leksich, the owner and innkeeper, set aside five rooms for that evening and within days all of the spots were reserved.  As a self-described 'softie', she has generously offered the following week for a "buy-one-night-get-one-night-free" special for more military veterans.  This special "BOGO" offer is available for any room in the bed & breakfast with a fireplace and whirlpool tub. "If you're getting away in November, a toasty fire and a bubbling whirlpool are considered essential!" says Leksich.

Any veterans who are having difficulty finding accommodations for the night of November 10th are invited to contact the Victoria Resort in South Haven for availability the following week, November 14th - 18th.  For more information, call 269-637-6414.
